How do I connect my AI assistant?
1. Copy the Channel server address

Name: Alvin's Club Channel. Choose OAuth sign-in. Connect your own account on the Alvin's Club authorization page. If you use an API key, enter it under Other sign-in options on that page, never in a chat.
Channel publishes existing content. For video creation, use the separate Studio setup guides.
2. Choose your assistant
Claude
- Open Customize → Connectors. Choose Add → Add custom connector (or Custom → Web).
- Enter the name and server address above, then Continue. Choose Sign in now and Register automatically. Leave request headers empty.
- Add the connector, complete authorization, then enable it in a new chat.
Free Claude accounts currently allow one custom connector. Team and Enterprise workspaces may require an owner to add it first.
Grok Bot
Open Connect apps and look for the custom MCP server option. Choose Remote HTTPS, paste the address above, and complete OAuth sign-in. You can also ask your Bot to add it with this message:

Once connected, type @ in chat and select Channel. Custom connector availability depends on your account and team policy.
ChatGPT
- Open Plugins, select Add (+), then Add custom MCP server.
- Enter the Channel name and server address. Choose OAuth, review the permissions, then create the plugin.
- Authenticate the connection if prompted. Start a new chat, type @, and select Channel.
Account and workspace policies control access. If the custom-server option is missing, ask your workspace administrator or use the web workspace below.
Meta Muse
For a service not yet in the directory, ask Muse to create a custom connector. Copy this message:

Complete the secure sign-in flow Muse presents. If your Muse version cannot connect to this MCP endpoint, use the web workspace; do not treat a generated setup message as a successful connection.
How do I connect my social accounts?
Check the connection
Use Alvin's Club Channel to show my connected social accounts and which platforms are available. Do not publish anything.
Connecting the assistant does not connect Instagram, TikTok or your other social accounts. Add those separately in Channels, then run the check again.
Can AI help with captions and publishing times?
Help me turn [topic or product] into three social post ideas for [audience]. Draft a caption for each, improve the opening and call to action, and explain how you would adapt it for my chosen platforms. Do not publish yet.
For a product video, connect Studio as well. Channel can publish an existing ready video; its own tools do not generate images or video.
Help me choose a publishing time for [platform] in [audience time zone]. Separate general timing advice from conclusions based on my own data. Check whether this connection supports scheduling before offering to schedule it, then wait for my confirmation.
The web publishing workspace currently suggests default platform time slots. These are starting points, not predictions learned from your account. Scheduling depends on the platform and connection; provider TikTok is public-only.
Will anything publish without my approval?
Use Alvin's Club Channel to prepare a post for my existing video [video ID]. Ask me which connected account to use. Show the exact caption, media and visibility, and wait for my approval before publishing.
Replace [video ID] with an existing ready video from your account. After you approve, ask for the final post status and platform link. A queued upload is not yet a published post.
How do I improve posts using my results?
Here are the results of my recent posts: [paste views, engagement, clicks and posting times]. Compare what worked, distinguish observations from assumptions, and suggest the next content and timing experiment. Draft the next post for my review.
Post-status checks confirm delivery and the platform link. For performance analysis, supply an export or results from your platform; Channel does not currently retrieve engagement analytics automatically.
Connected, but cannot publish?
Check the selected account, its platform permissions and your Channel subscription. Availability varies by platform and connection. Provider TikTok posts support public visibility only and require your explicit approval.
If tools are missing, enable the connector, refresh its tool list and start a new chat. If authorization expired, reconnect. You can remove the assistant connection from that assistant's settings at any time.
Do I need to wait for marketplace approval?
No. You can use a custom connection while directory listings are under review. Availability depends on your assistant and account. You can also use Channel on the web.
